The film will be in Italian cinemas on 14, 15, 16 and 17 October.

Renzo Piano, one of the most famous Italian architect in the world, author of the Center Pompidou in Paris, the Auditorium Parco della Musica in Rome and the buildings of the New York Times.

To tell this genius of architecture is a genius of cinema, the director Carlos Saura.

The direct story presents the phases of the construction of a very special building, the Botín Center for Arts and Culture, starting from the construction of its foundations until the inauguration in the bay of Santander, in the north of Spain.

The director shows us the magic that surrounds the process of conception of this colossal construction and the various phases of the construction work carried out by Renzo Piano. We will observe how this type of work has evolved over time and how it has in turn changed the soul of a city.  

The film reveals itself as a reflection on the creative process, on light as a matter of building and as a guiding thread of the project, to understand that art, whether it is cinema or architecture, is not a foreseeable act.
